We will discuss Suzy's smart habits and simple practices designed to help and restore your day-to-day energy reserves so that, rather than running on empty, you will have the strength and spirit to excel with whatever life brings.
We will also chat about the' Vitality Wheel '- a complete body and mind Self-Care Toolkit desgined to boost your health, happiness and resourcefulness.
These sessions will be warm, inclusive and some time for you.
As part of supporting The Red Box Project we would love you to bring a donation of sanitary wear to pop into our Red Box. These supplies are then donated to local secondary schools and those in need. We are working with the local Bucks & Berks inititiative of the national charity to deliver these supplies.
